need help recovering Factory.wim
I bought Dell Lattitude E6410 laptop , it had Windows 7 then we upgraded to windows 10.
and since it was working slow I want to revert it back to Win7, but Lost files from recovery drive(factory.wim ).
I have product key and when I enter it on below microsoft site to download ISO its gives this message "We encountered a problem with the product key you provided. Please try again or visit the Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance."
Download Windows 7 Disc Images (ISO Files)
www.microsoft.com/.../windows7
Is there a way to download Factory.wim file from dell website?
