problem with quickset button and quickset

I'm running windows10 home. I installed the latest quickset listed in My Dell Download center. However when I press the button to open quikset it opens the windows10 system level choices the same as if I right clicked on the start button. I tried the fix that tells you to open the mobility center and choose the multimedia button. It didn't work. When I open the mobility center I get the top half of the quickset normal page and an error: Error Found! Submit this issue to QuickSet owner!
