recovery using usb
inspiron 15-5578 windows 10. my lap top became very slow using egde browser and web pages were slow and loading right. I cleared history still had issue, I run sfc /scannow no issues found.
so I used my recovery usb / factory restore but it came back no files found,
then I used option recover from usb and it worked ok and pc is running ok.
if I ever want to do a factory restore how can I do that is it possible

Bluesniff,
If your system came with windows 7 installed then, no you cannot do a system restore. If you have also formatted the hard drive you cannot do a system restore.
