Hi @RushikeshPatil

Yes, I came up with a solution that worked for my g15.

I uninstalled the current version of both Alienware Command Center and Alienware OC Controls, restarted the pc, and installed the April 2022 version of both drivers.

Than I restarted my pc again and it worked pretty well. I had some bugs but nothing that worried me.

Hey @zero_js

Thats probably because you didn't uninstalled the Alienware OC Controls togheter with the Command Center.

Uninstall both, restart the pc, and then install the April 2022 versions of both drivers. Restart the pc again and things should be working.

That worked for me.

Apr 26, 2023. Was having the same issues since last 1 day.

I used Revo uninstaller to uninstall all services related to Alienware Command Center, however, the main application I wasn't able to uninstall, but the uninstaller helped me to remove it's registry files.

Then, I went on to this link: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-in/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=1nn4h

The installation worked just fine!

New issue started, AWCC wasn't installing the additional components, moreover, the application gets into forever loading phase and doesn't activate my laptops "G" button functionality.

I had to actually turn off microsoft defender's all services, to make the installation work.
