This issue is known for about 6 months i'd say. It has to do with the NVIDIA Drivers, the last one known to work is 522.25. If you want to use any newer driver apparently the only solution is to disable NVIDIA Optimus in BIOS. But doing so drains your battery faster.

I really hope they finally get to fixing this issue since Dell just released a newer Graphics Card Driver as a safety patch, which makes me want to be stuck on 522.25 even less.

When I was using windows 10 in my pc brightness control slider not working that time. So I updated my display adapters drivers. After driver updated I can adjust my pc's brightness. SO you can use this method and update your drivers using Advanced driver updater tools.

@Lutay Thank you for the response. Are you able to confirm if it was an AMD Radeon Driver update or a Nivida Geforce Driver as I have downloaded both off of the Dell update and neither of which have done the job in repairing this issue.
