If the software worked properly in Windows 10 then it is highly doubtful to be a BIOS issue. Did you download it here as there is a version floating around on their web site that is not Windows 11 compatible. The version that is for Windows 10 is smaller in size. They both have the same version number though which I find to be curious. I would also try Logitech's forum here as well.
I downloaded the file from your link and it did not work. It did not bring up any install program. All it did when I clicked on install as administrator was I got a blue circle for one second and them a windows pop up asking if I wanted to allow the program to make changes to the system and I clicked yes. Nothing happened. I have been in contact with Logitech for over two weeks and they have not come up with a solution that works.
Skip the smart installer, it doesn't work! Download the installer for your specific windows version (32 or 64 bit) and running it as an administrator solved my problem.
@rpan509 Thank You. I tried using Smart Installer and would say not installed. I went and downloaded the 64 bit version for Windows 11 and it works. You would think Logitech would have fixed this. Again Thank you.

I have looked all over for two days trying to get this stupid software working. Installing the 64-bit version is the key. Thank you.
