Hi Jesse,

sorry, it doesn't work. It seems, there is no driver for Inspiron 7000. What I found on other helpsites is, that there are probably different thunderbolt driver dependent on the hardware such as XPS and other Dell Systems. So, I have to wait for, unfortunately. But, how many time will it take, I need the dock. Dell sells it without any declaration, look:

That´s a problem, I didn't bought the Inspiron if I had known this. So, what´s going on, Dell ?

Tell me a solution, your hotline is no help, 2 times during the phone I was kicked off without any help. No one felt responsible or was unable to help me at the hotline.

No one phoned me back after kick off but everyone knew my service-tag-number, so they know my numbers to call me back. Nothing, So, please give this statement to your management too, it´s not told to you. Thank´s for your support.
