DBaR ver. 1.8.1.71 -update failed and create Y:PBR Image?

Hi

In regards to DBaR, it did not come installed with the computer I got, Inspiron 2350, AIO, Win 8.1, I believe I was able to create a recovery 'something or other' on an external drive.

1. The thing is I look at the Activity Logs and saw a bunch of failed Instant Restore Snapshot notations.
2. There is an update but every time I try to update, it went as far as the download screen then disappear and nothing happens. Since the current version is 1.8.1.71, could it be it has not updated because I have not upgraded to Win 10?
3. Most importantly, I now see a PBR Image with a new drive Y: but the bar is red!  I did try to use Windows System Image but that failed with an error message that said not enough space and a whole bunch of other stuff.

I realize there's a forum to post about the Y: PBR Image issue so I'll do that.
