Hi W43x,
Dell has not tested Latitude E6410 system under windows 8 environment. However since you have installed windows 8 you may use the TPM drivers for Windows 7 available in the below link and run it in compatibility mode:

To run a driver in compatibility mode request you to follow the below steps:
(1) Download and save the drivers.
(2) Right click on the file and select properties.
(3) Choose compatibility tab, check the option “Run this program in compatibility mode for”.
(4) Select Windows 7 from the below option.

Hi Kiran,
thanks for your reply, but that doesn't work.
Driver DRVR_WIN_R248296 has not compatibility tab.
Do you have any idea?

Request you to try following the below steps:
(1) Click on the link given in the above response.
(2) Click on “download file” option and save the file onto the desktop.
(3) Then run the file and extract all the files related to this driver.
(4) Then search the .exe file in the extracted folder and right click on it and select properties.
(5) Now click on compatibility tab and follow the instructions mentioned in the above post.
