Dell Backup & Recovery
I can't install Dell Backup & Recovery on my Inspiron 14. It downloads fine, but when it does the install it goes to the Recovery Enviornment and gives a message: Error, Access Denied. Any ideas ?

If you upgraded to Windows 10 then the latest version is 1.9.0.22.
This version won't work with any other windows
