Missing Fastaccess after upgrading to Windows 8

I have a XPS One 2710. I made a clean install of Windows 8 as dual boot (VHS file). I would like to install Fastaccess (face recognition from Dell) but I do not have it in a DVD and I cannot  download it from My Dell Downloads (My Dell Downloads does not apply/ work with my PC)
