Outlook 2010 issue in Windows 8.1

I am experiencing printer extreme slow down problem when loading e-mails with internet images. An extensive search of other forums does not yield a solution. Most of the solutions found appear to involve the Outlprint file. There is no file by this name on my Inspiron 3542. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the name of this file on my Dell  Laptop?
