Windows 8.1 Internet Explorer 11

The user can open any number of tabs on Windows 8.1. To open additional tabs on Internet Explorer 11

1. Select the tabs button on the bottom right.
   
2. Click on the + symbol to add a tab.
   

View Downloads

When the user chooses to download a file, Internet Explorer 11 will ask if you want to Run or Save this file. During the download, the user can view the progress of the download.

If the user has clicked close on the download progress screen, they can still view downloads by:

1. Click on settings and click View Downloads.
   
2. The screen will now the download progress and the download history.
