Windows 8 recovery partition

My Dell 8500 has a 500 MB system partition , 40 MB OEM partition , 490 Recovery partion and 1861 GB C drive partition . I am assuming that windows uses the 490 recovery partion for the reset or refresh which would be a copy of windows and if I was do that the drivers would load from the OEM partition . I thought there was a hidden a hidden partition with windows 8 for recovery but did not see one using the diskpart command prompt only the partions mentioned above .Is the partitions I mentioned above the only ones I am suppose to have when I received my PC from Dell ?  Thanks
