driver versions

The Dell driver&downloads page says that I need to install a new version of the chipset - Version PV 8.0.1.1399, A00. When I go to install it however, I get a message saying the current driver is newer than the version I'm about to install. It then says "Are you sure you want to overwrite the following drivers with the older version ?", in this window it shows Intel management Engine Interface 8.1.0.1263. The driver shown in this window as the current driver appears to be older not newer as it ends with 1263 while the one that I downloaded from Dell ends with 1399. What's going on?
