how to restore factory win 7 home after installing win 8 pro
Hi everyone,
Could anyone help me how to restore factory win 7 home after I install win 8 pro. The recovery partition is still there but I cannot access to it to recovery.

You cannot unless you have created the recovery media DVD/USB with the Dell DataSafe program The internal factory restore usually doesn't work if the OS has been reinstalled/upgraded or any of the partitions changed.
If you haven't created the media you will need to use a Dell Reinstallation DVD and perform a manual install. If you don't have a reinstallation DVD see my notes here on requesting one:
