Hi, Steve... thx for replying. I actually realized that I got a "D" stop error instead of an "F" one. The thing is, I got this error message before about 3 months ago and spent hours tyring to troubleshoot it. And miraculously i stopped getting the error message. All of a sudden it's showing up again and I no very little about computers and was hoping that someone could give me a step-by-step instructions or give me a link(s) that could help me. I've searched this forum for any help and online with Google, but im still in trouble. I really hope that this problem can be solved without completely re-installing Windows. I haven't tried using safe mode.. i remembering using safe mode in the past though

Elfie126,
That particular error message often indicates that a driver file has become corrupt. Does this error occur if you restart the computer in Safe Mode?
