AVTIPTOOLView error
Anyone know about this "error" and how to correct it ?
It happens when I shut down either Outlook or Explorer.

Your antivirus program has a feature that pops up a tip of some sort when you start the computer and yours is broken. Look through your AV program and see if you can find and turn this feature off.
