Acrobat Elements - reinstall problem
I was unable to create pdfs using Acrobat Elements. As per previous posts I tried uninstalling Adobe Reader, rebooting, uninstalling Elements, rebooting, and reinstalling Elements 6.0. I renamed the msi file also. It got to the point where the installation could not write to c:\documents and settings\all users\documents. I tried opening that folder and I get "access denied". I'm the admin of my laptop so I should not be getting this. I can't do anything with this folder and apparently, Elements needs to write to it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
