I keep getting this error when trying to open the control panel-'An exception occurred white trying to run Shell32.DLL,Control_RunDLL wscui.cpl'

Did this happen after installing SP2? What model PC is it.   http://www.theeldergeek.com/forum/lofiversion/index.php/t4788.html   wscui.cpl is the windows security center, not control panel, is this what you are trying to open when you get the error?
