There is a ton of information on this error readily available by searching the forums here (using "Advanced" search) as well as by a bit of "Googling".  The reason I've been rather non-specific is due to the sheer amount and variety of things that can throw this error.  These seem mostly to involve major driver update issues (i.e., video adapters), the Intel Application Accelerator utility and even hardware issues.  Someone else may be able to give you a quick point and shoot fix but I think you'll end up having to do a bit of trial and error to eliminate the possibilities.
