Go to drivers and downloads an choose by model, your computer, after you select everything, you'll be asked your operating system. Now click on applications and download Sonic Solutions from there.
Un-install the version of Sonic you have.
Restart your computer.
Now, install the version of Sonic Solutions you downloaded.
Thanks for your help, but it didnt' work. I followed your instructions but when I ran the installation, it gave me the message that I didn't have the appropriate version to update!
I have already deleted my old version, so I don't know where that leaves me now.
I have done some investigating and many others had this similar problem but no clear solution.

Did you ever get a solution to your audio.msi file problem. My computer is doing the same thing and NOTHING I do has resolved it.
Thanks!
