Automatic Driver Detection and Install

Question

Hello, I'm currently trying to find a better, more automated way of deploying images at my job and was wondering if anyone knows of a way to have an image either pre- or post-deployment automatically detect drivers based on the detected model and install the latest drivers? I already have a network location for each model number with the latest drivers so is there a way or an application that I could load that would detect the currently model number then look in my network location to install the drivers it finds?
