BSOD Error on startup

Question

I just got an Inspiron E1505 laptop and after loading some of my stuff on it, I'm getting the blue screen each time I start-up for the first time. But once I re-start because of the screen, it isn't there the next time. I get the error 'coooo145 {Application error}' and then it also gives the number '(0xc0000005).' I can't seem to find what could be causing this, anyone know what could cause it?

NT_STATUS_UNHANDLED_EXCEPTION 0 0xc0000145   Most likely, you have something running in startup. Try booting to safe mode, killing your startup items in MSCONFIG, and turning them on one by one till you find the one that is causing the problem. If that doesnt work, see if you can run a system restore back to a point before the problem was happening.

Try check Problem and Report and solution (type it on the search box on the pearl) In there you can see the problem may generated the problem...
