Backup Error

Thanks for your mail. Yesterday I tried some of the solutions they mentioned but unfortunately I couldnt solve the problem.

Finally I bougth online the RegistryBooster software from Uniblue store to fix the registry considering that might be the reasson and to avoid erros from my part.

After run the software and fix 620 errors (as the software detected) in the registry I was confident that the problem was solved, but after try to run the back up the same msg.

I found on Microsoft Support page under this error code the following comment as the cause of error:

This issue can occur if one of the following conditions is true:

• The default security provider in Windows XP has been changed.
• The system drive letter has changed.

The security provider issue has been reported with Dell computers on which the Dell Assistant software is installed. 

I cant understand well what that's mean and how to solve it, but probably after I install Windows 7 something happened. 

Do you have any idea?
