Do a search for your Intel/AMD chipset on your Dell support page. If there isn't a Windows 7 specific driver, try reinstalling the applicable Vista driver.
However, if everything is working to your satisfaction, then Windows is using the generic driver, which is probably fine unless you are experiencing issues. Don't cause problems you don't need to solve in the first place.
