Bitlocker Network Unlock - Not working on reboot at some Dell Devices

Question

We turned on Bitlocker Network unlock recently.

It works fine on all machines we have for booting (we only have Dell's).

However on some machines it does not work when rebooting.

This holds for the XE2 as well as the Precision T1700.

When I boot the network unlock does work, when I reboot it asks for the Bitlocker PIN.

Any clue how to solve this?
