Blue Screen: Stop: Ox0000008E Help Please!

Question

At random times I receive a blue screen.  On the screen are a couple of paragraphs on how to solve the problem.  At the bottom of the page the screen looks like this   STOP:  0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x804F156D, 0xEB256A90, 0x00000000)   I'm sure this problem has happened before and answered, but help would be very appreciated.

A memory access violation occurred.
