Blue screen if unplug AC power on WinXP SP2

Help!

Whenever I unplug AC from my laptop or start machine without AC, it gives me a blue screen.  The files involved could be usbhub.sys or termdd.sys or some other things.  Now the laptop has to be locked with an AC power source or it won't work.

Are there any chances to fix it other than rebuild?

Hi,

It was something like "STOP 0x000000BE".  Next to the device involved (i.e. usbhub.sys or other things), there are some memory address but it seems to vary every time.

[STOP 0x000000BE]this concerns with incompatible software or hardware. if you just installed a software or a hardware driver prior to this problem, then try to uninstall it, then confirm if BSOD still occur without AC power.
[usbhub.sys]this concerns with exceeding 100% consumption of usb bandwidth, try to disconnect one or two usb devices and confirm if BSOD still occur without AC power.
