Boot Issue's & Security Software trouble

Hi,
 
I re-installed Vista today but now my McAfee security is gone from the PC and the re-install disc never came with the PC. Is there anyway of getting it back as there is almost a year still left on the subscription?
 
Also everytime I turn on my PC a menu comes up saying press 'F1 to continue or F2 to enter set-up', this happens everytime but when i press F1 it goes to the log on screen. Could my Boot sequence be out of sync??

Do you get any other message with the F1/F2 ? Usually, you need to go to the system BIOS (F2) to make a change in the BIOS, then you will not get this message.

you can try contacting dell to see if they can supply a reinstallation disc for your virus software.

Do you know what change I need to make in the BIOS after pressing F2. I am not too familiar with the menu (s) that appear and i don't want to cause any damage to the PC?
 
McAfee helped me out with the security software, as it was registered I can download off there site until it expires.

It's impossible to say without seeing the BIOS. You should go through all the settings and see what may not be correct. Could be the Boot sequence. Post back with what doesn't look right. Did the F1/F2 message begin right after the re-install, or sometime later?
