CALL of DUTY 2

I need some help.  I am trying to Run Call of Duty2 and when ever it trys to start I get this message ( Video card or driver doesn't support alpha blending)

I am running a Dimension 2300 with 512 ram and a Intel 3D AGP Graphics Card
when I call Dell the tech said with my setup I should be able to run this game.

BUT guess what it just wont run, what do I need to do to get this alpha blending running for this Game.

Thanks for any and all help. ::smileysad:
