Can Dell replace my lost CDs?
While reinstalling XP, having formatted the drive, I found I was mistakenly using a CD for a non-Dell (now scrapped) PC, so the installation failed.
I lost the original set of Dell CDs for my current PC about two years ago. So what do I do now? Can Dell replace my lost CDs? If not, any other ideas?
My PC is no longer under warranty, so I haven't been able to contact Dell support on the phone to ask this question.
