Can Not Open Jpeg Files
Jpeg photo attachments are being sent to me via Outlook Express but I can't open these Jpeg photo attachments. Any idea why and how I can open them.

Have you checked your settings in OE? Tools> Options> Security Tab >UNcheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened...."
