Can't Run 16 Bit Windows Program

Question

I keep getting this message when I try to install a CD. 'Can't run 16 bit windows program - Insufficient memory to run this applicatoin. Quit one or more applications then try again.' I tried searching online for a fix and I can't seem to find one that works. There are lots of people with this same problem. I am hoping that someone hear has had this problem and knows how I can fix it? I am running windows XP. I just restored the computer so I know there isn't anything on it that would be using up all the memory. Thanks so much. RdWngsFn

rdwngfn,   Download and run the 16 bit Fix.exe from Denny's site. http://www2.whidbey.net/djdenham/16bit_fix.htm
