Can't access Windows XP Update #2
Sorry 'bout that.
When I get to the update page, it states it is scanning for updates. In about three seconds, stops scanning and just sits there.
The browser is not locked up. I can access the rest of the web.
One of the solutions from Microsoft is to update the iutc. I did that and installed it.
Did not help.
