Is this a Dell Vista Home Premium reinstallation CD?

If it is a retail Windows Vista CD/DVD, it should have come with its own activation key.

I Understand...
But since I RE-INSTALL windows, I don't want to purchase another windows license... is there a step I must do?
No, Its the windows Vista I have purchased for my desktop...

There is a sticker on your PC with a 25-character code on it ... this is the product key you must enter for activation.

i don't have the disk i have this computer for so time
I had some some whi fixs my computer and now its not ltting me nto admininstor he creator 2 page my home and them he put a professal flie on my computer and now i cant do nothing without having administor
