Compressed (zipped) Folders-need help

Second try:

 

I can't create a zipped folder.  When I right click a folder and go down to send to and select the Icon with a zipped folder I get the following message:

     "For compressed (zipped) folders to handle ZIP files correctly, the application associated with them must be Compressed (zipped) Folders.  Currently this is not the case."      Do you want to designate compressed (zipped) folders as the application for handling ZIP folders?  I click YES and I still can't get a zipped folder.

 

Any suggestions?
