Conceptronic 54mbps usb adapter drivers
I have the same problem. Please help!
I had to replace my hard drive and reload Windows 7 but now I have no internet connection and the USB ports are not working due to the loss of my Conceptronic 54mbps usb adapter drivers. I,m having trouble finding a secure site to download a copy to a disk. The drivers can't be found on the Dell site. I purchased a Windows 10 upgrade but it wont upgrade from the USB storage boot and I get a message to open the current Version of Windows then install the USB Flash Drive to begin the setup but without the USB ports working the flash drive does not read. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Windows 7 64-bit drivers and Windows 8 64-bit drivers are both available https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/inspiron-15r-n5110/drivers
You need to install the Intel chipset driver first and then all the other drivers in the Chipset category.
