Consistent issue at startup
Whenever I turn on my computer lately, I get a window that goes on about Restoring Network connections.
Says its restoring connection to, and gives a sharename.
And it goes on about Enter Network Password.

And then it lists one of my sharenames. I have many shared folders on the network. Windows has never bothered me before about them. Right now, it always asks me for the password for this other computer. Every time I turn on my computer.
Can someone help me diagnose this? What could be happening special just when I turn on my computer?

Sorry. I don't seem to be aware of any recent change.
A share would ask sometime originally for username and password. And then just give access to the other computer all the time. But on startup, I can't see the logic for Windows to ask me?
Why should it care? Like, I didn't request accessing. Windows is just booting.
The folder must be listed somewhere, on the system. This folder, specially. Right? Obviously. Or else it is not going to get it in its mind to pester me about something if it has not a mind to raise whatever concern it has.
I suppose I figure there's sure to be expert folks in startup issues. What kinds of things must a Windows operating system be interested in doing while starting up?
