Create Bootable Windows XP

Question

My omputer is infected with spyware.  I ran McAfee and it detects it but can't remove it.  I tried reinstalling IE 7.0.  I disabled suspected add-ons but it enables it back.   I spent too dang many ours on this already.  I want to reinstall XP but I don't have the CD.  How can I create one?   BTW, recovering from a checkpoint does not help.   QAWSED

You cannot create a bootable windows installation CD from and installed system.   If you have the system restore ( Ctrl + F11 ) at boot up use that to take you back to like shipped configuration.
