DCM Dell Client Management Install Error

Trying to install DCM Standard and cannot get past the Altiris spash page.

I have tried installing both in a virtual server (1gb memory) and on local 2850, 2gig memory.

 

When installing the application will extract and the Altiris splash will come up and then close.  No error messages.  Nothing in the event viewers.

 

Verified min specs

1.1 ghz proc

at least 1 gig ram

5 gb disc space

 

server 2003

.net 1.1 and or 2.0

IIS with aspnet

sql 2005 with tcp/ip and named pipes enabled.

 

I am accessing the virtual server on a kvm console on the d2850 mentioned above. 

 

Any ideas.
