Deleting PBR Image to merge unallocated space

Hi,

I have just recently upgraded the SSD in my XPS 13(2015) from 256gb to 512gb. However after cloning the contents of one to the other, I have almost 256gb unallocated space.

I am looking at how to merge this with the C: drive, however the unallocated space is separated from the C: drive by PBR Image as shown below.

Am I able to delete PBR Image to then merge both partitions? I understand that it is a recovery drive, although not sure if necessary for Windows 10.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
