************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

i have the option to continue on from this error message then i get a small pop up box called "dell backup and recovery manager" and it says "updating files" with a never ending looping green progress bar. as far as i can tell the pc is doing nothing, no HD activity or net access. ive left it doing this for some 2 hrs with no change. when i ctrl alt del and get task manager up i can end the process, the pop up box dissapears and the recovery manager loads up for about 5 secs then dissappears.
ive tried to repair it in control panel but but it asks for SetupDBRM_ENG_64.msi file which i dont have and dont know where to download
ive also tried to download this which i presumed was the recover manager but after i installed and ran it it came up with a fatal error, saying "This system does not have the Windows Recovery Environment installed"
Help Please

When you get the "updating files" screen press ALT-F4 and it goes away and the DBRM appears. I am using it on win7 x32 and so far it appears to be working correctly.

Download the "Release Notes" below.
http://support.us.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&releaseid=R238516&formatcnt=0&libid=0&typeid=-1&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&fileid=343155
This statement is in there.
NOTE: In accordance with your Microsoft End User Licensing Agreement, you can make one legal backup copy of the operating system media. After you create a backup copy of the operating system media following the steps in the Dell Backup and Recovery Manager Help, the OS Media option will no longer be available on the Dell Recovery Tools screen.
Their may be a Workaround.
