Dell Recovery & Restore

I installed a compatible primary SSD on an XPS 8300.  Using a factory restore USB from Dell, I get the following message at 80% on the status bar:

Could not load first script module '129' (modeule not defined).  Process aborted.

Error is generated from SoftThinks SAS Jukebox Deployment Suite.

Does anyone know what this error means?

You might as well create a USB using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool and installed Windows 10 v1803 or v1809.

Or try re-recreating the Dell USB one more time.
