Thank you for the information. After analyzing the attached log file it seems that the issue is with the video driver. I would recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the video drivers. Please paste the screen shot of ‘Device Manager’ with ‘Display Adapters’ expended. You may follow the steps below:
Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen.
Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’.
Click > sign next to ‘Display Adapters’.

You may completely uninstall Dell Stage including ‘Dell Music Stage’ and ‘Dell Photo Stage’ from Control Panel-> Uninstall a Program. You may reinstall a fresh copy of Dell Stage from ‘My Dell Downloads’. Please refer to the link: http://dell.to/13ohWGF.

Aha that would make sense. I have changed the video card and therefore installed a new driver. I will reinstall. Many thanks for your help to date. I will be back
