Dell Windows 7 Starter backup-cert.xrm-ms File
This is the Windows 7 Starter backup-cert.xrm-ms obtained from the Dell Windows 7 Starter Reinstallation DVD.
It needs to be used in conjunction with the backup-key.txt file and the Activation Backup and Recovery Program.
