Dell XPS 730 - Blue Screen - WHEA Uncorrectable Error

Question

Hi guys, been having this error code 124, appears to be a hardware the issue, but i cannot seem to understand where the issue is. I replaced the hard drive, didn't do anything. Does not appear to be a heat issue either. What's your suggestions? I am having the same issue with a Brand New System.... ran all updates removed Video card - reverted to on board video , swapped HDD TO SSD, Windows 10 Pro.... Please help!
