Dell personal understanding chat conversation.

I'm getting the same customer support from Dell I use to get from HP. HP sucked big time. This morning I was asking why I could not use virus and malware removal took from the Assist. They came back with " Do you want to download Drivers"? Got worst from there. Wish Dell would go back to having Americans that speak English as their first language handle customer service. It use to be great.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

What service tag number? I've called several times since my e mail, and no one can help. I'll call Monday and if you can't give me what you took my money for, I'll cancel and you can return my money
