Dell recoery utility

I've just had a inspiron 1000. no XP home CD supplier, but I am informed by Dell Website to use the Dell recovery CD utility. I cannot find this utility anywhere on my hard disk. it does not appear to be in programs nor is in any of the dell folders. Has this been moved. Can I get a copy?

Thanks for the help, the system is brand new, but the dell recovery CD utility does not appear where it is supposed to. I know I have to use this to create the CD but it is nowhere to be found!

If you call Dell Customer Care and tell them you want a Recovery CD, they will send you one at no charge. I called on Wed, and I got mine today.
