Demoshield run-time player
Got a problem with the above auto run software. I am trying to install some software namely a mobile phone software disc but am having problems. I get the message 'Demoshield run-time player has encountered a problem and needs to close.'I cannot install the software because of this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Read somewhere that i-tunes could be responsible for this but am reluctant to un-install this in case this is not the case.

What operating system do you have? And what operating systems is the program you are installing compatible with? Usually, those problems are related to compatibility with an operating system.
Not to be a "wise guy" but more than "it doesn't work" is needed for someone to assist you.
