What operating system do you have? And what operating systems is the program you are installing compatible with? Usually, those problems are related to compatibility with an operating system.
Not to be a "wise guy" but more than "it doesn't work" is needed for someone to assist you.
Operating sysytem is WIN XP Home. PC is Dell Dimension 4500 P4 2.5GHz. Software i am trying to install is compatible with Win 2000, Win ME and Win XP. I have a previous disk that worked fine originally but this also doesn't work now. Hope this helps.
